If you have no prior experience of drainage, this does not mean you can’t succeed as a Metro Rod franchisee. Some of our franchisees have joined us with NO previous drainage knowledge.
Our Technical team will be there with you from the very start and assist in your development on a diminishing scale as your confidence and experience build.
Prior to your arrival, our local Technical Support Manager (TSM) will arrange a schedule to support you based on your knowledge and experience.
The TSM will join you on day 1 and spend up to 2 weeks working closely to support you as you start your business.
During this time the TSM will make notes on your progress and as we get to know you, can tailor a long term plan for support. We will also assess any training requirements for your team so that these can be implemented to help your business grow.
Your TSM will advise you on how to build quotations and develop jobs. The TSM will also use their industry knowledge to advise on suppliers, sub-contractors and techniques for repairs.
All of our TSMs have run their own business or large franchises and our 6 TSMs have a combined experience of 150 years.
