"I have been nothing but impressed with Metro Rod. Whilst I have had a complete nightmare with insurance companies and another drainage company, Metro Rod have always provided a professional service.

The engineers were efficient, I got courtesy calls from their local office regarding arrival times which other companies failed to do. They completed the job well, made good and gave me all the advice I needed.

I will only deal with Metro Rod going forward".

A few words of praise & satisfaction following the visit of your team yesterday to sort out the 'failed' pitch fibre drain in Colchester. From the arrival of your team on site they showed a great deal of confidence, as well as being very friendly & helpful.

At all times they displayed a very professional & workmanlike approach to the work & demonstrated a thorough & practical knowledge of the remedial works process; they were also happy to discuss the stages of the works with me for my information & understanding.

They left the site in a clean & safe condition - as if they had not been there at all. It is a great source of comfort for me to know that the drain is now fully functional & will, (I feel sure), continue to perform perfectly well for years to come. I now can have complete peace of mind knowing that I shall no longer have to undertake the arduous & unpleasant task of un-blocking that...... drain!
