Anna enquired via our website, stating she had an issue with a blocked drain at her property in Wrexham. We were able to be flexible with getting to site for her, working round her needs and schedule.

We take pride in being able to assist our local schools and colleges on a daily basis. From blocked toilets to a leaking sink. So when we attended to a local High School who had been suffering with repeat issues, we were happy to help them get to the bottom of their drainage issues!

Our engineers work hard to make sure their work is completed to highest standard. But, sometimes they really do go above and beyond the call of duty! Whether it's a blockage, a leak or an overflowing manhole, they provide first class service on time, every time!

"Your engineer on Friday afternoon was an absolute hero! My mother who lives in Victoria View got into trouble with her car a very kind gentleman from Metro Rod managed to push her up the slope into the car park! Her car decided to stop on the entrance to the car park, he came over tried to start the car. In the end he had to push it into the car park. There would have been a chance of a accident if she rolled back into the main road. He then offered to help her into the lift with her shopping! Because she was a little shaken about what had happened but she was okay. I'm disabled so unable to get down to say thank you to the gentleman, but I could see out of the window. He looked very busy and he got stuck straight back into work! What an asset to your company, not many gentlemen like him around anymore so please thank him!"

Picture this; you've just got home from work on a Friday evening. You're just about to settle down for the evening. A nice glass of wine, television or a good book. Sounds great doesn't it? What if those relaxing plans came to a halt when you enter your bathroom to find you have a blocked toilet? That's the last thing you need!

Well that's exactly what Phil, a customer in Chester, came across last Friday. When we received his call, we acted quickly to help sort out his blocked toilet! He has this to say;

"Metro Rod Chester, Wirral and North Wales have always given excellent service for the jetting and CCTV on commercial contracts that they undertake for ourselves.
It is an easy process sending the drainage drawings to their office, obtaining Risk Assessments and Method Statements, and arranging a date to undertake the works.

Their engineers are professional in their work on site, and have allthe required PPE that main contractors require.

The ability to download and view the reports and CCTV footage on their iTouch link to forward to the main contractors is a great feature.

We recently received a glowing review from one of our most valued customers. Metro Rod (Deeside) have been providing our services to CBRE and MBNA, Chester for almost 20 years. Mark Blair has been Site Supervisor for as long as we have been on site here and he had these words to say;

" The communication from Metro Rod Deeside has always been nothing but the best, from the first phone call/email I know that the office staff will keep me updated every step of the way. Arranging emergency call outs is no issue for them, even late night and weekend call outs. Service like this is priceless to keep a site like ours up and running.
