A huge thank you to the Metrorod team. A bad smell was putting off customers in our farm cafe but Chris Fairman managed to identify the issue and solve our problem that very afternoon.
He was polite and professional and explained everything to us every step of the way. I can't recommend Metrorod highly enough, they're quick and efficient with great results.

I would just like to say thank you, the gents have been brilliant, perfect when dealing with hospital staff and patients when they impede on their working area, going above and beyond to help rectify issues not associated to their install and leaving the area in a clean and tidy state.

Dear Mr Rowley,

One of your team came to Southsea recently to deal with a soil blockage pipe within a block of flats in which I have an interest.
His name was Steve and despite some unbelievable issues (including the opening of 3 different manholes in the rear garden) he eventually managed to cure the problem.
I would add that throughout this extensive procedure Steve showed a level of knowledge and persistence that I found extremely encouraging.
He also displayed a determination to get the job done to the highest standard and coupled this with a good sense of humour.
I would have no problem using your company, and in particular Steve, to deal with any like problems in the future.

"Could you please pass on my thanks to Adam Durrant the guy that attended Head Office today?
He was excellent and really helpful.
Not only did he diagnose and rectify the problem efficiently, he also left the car park clean after he had finished.
Very impressed and the poor ladies on reception that sit in close proximity to the blockage are extremely grateful.
A nice reminder of why I now use Metro Rod across the Fat Face estate."
