Dear Mr Rowley,

One of your team came to Southsea recently to deal with a soil blockage pipe within a block of flats in which I have an interest.
His name was Steve and despite some unbelievable issues (including the opening of 3 different manholes in the rear garden) he eventually managed to cure the problem.
I would add that throughout this extensive procedure Steve showed a level of knowledge and persistence that I found extremely encouraging.
He also displayed a determination to get the job done to the highest standard and coupled this with a good sense of humour.
I would have no problem using your company, and in particular Steve, to deal with any like problems in the future.

He was extremely polite and professional, explaining what he was doing and why. He worked diligently and on departure left everywhere clean and tidy. He's a credit to your company."

We called out Metro Rod (Guildford) to help with our drainage, the guys were very helpful and done a great job, left everything clean and tidy after.
