After having a serious problem with our toilets and drains which could have resulted in my School being closed, I called Metro Rod and explained our problem. They were understanding and recognised the seriousness of the situation. An immediate call out to deal with our problem was then arranged.

Due to the efficient and professional manner of the office staff and the people they sent out; we were able to fix the problem and keep the School operating. I would not hesitate in calling on their services again.

Nottingham Man Compliments Good CCTV Survey Service

We had an enquiry from Paul in Nottingham (on 4th May 2017) who needed a CCTV Survey and report for building work at his property.

He was so pleased with our response that he e-mailed:

We received a call from this client at a betting shop in Oxford to say that they needed us as their customer toilets were flooding from the pipework, so we headed off to sort it out.

We dispatched Brian to Oxford and he quickly got to work solving the problem. He found that all the sinks, urinals and toilets were blocked on site, with the exception of the staff facilities, so it was clearly something that needed fixing asap. He found that the facilities were backing up through the urinals as they were the lowest point. He used his kinetic ram to clear the blockage in the toilets, however this did not solve the issue with the sinks and urinals. For these he used his electro-mechanical cleaner on the 4 inch pipework after draining the pipework up stream. This remedied the problems and so he could tidy up and left the site clean and tidy.

Thank you for all the planning and hard work on sorting out our defective drains from the house to the septic tank and negotiating the insurance claim to cover the costs. Chris, Tom, and Roger were always helpful and cheerful causing us little disruption as possible. The drains were always useable apart from short periods of disconnection and reconnection. At the end of the project Chris and Tom did an excellent job of reinstating the drive, passage way and paths to a smart finish. Kath was also very helpful on the telephone keeping us advised regarding all the works. Once again, many thanks for your help and advice.

I Can’t Praise The Engineer Highly Enough

Your engineer attended to our property to carry out some work in the bathroom as the waste pipe was blocked. He was on site for over four hours, kept us informed and did a fantastic job, I can't praise him high enough, so much so he left blushing!
