The resident called to compliment works carried out by tradesperson (Luke Andrews) at Metro Rod for blocked bath and sink. Res said he was polite and friendly and did a really good job.

The school was introduced to Adam and Metro Rod (Isle of Wight) following years of ongoing drainage issues, from leaves blocking gutters, impossible to access downpipes through to constantly pooling surface water across a large area of the playground. The professionalism demonstrated has been second to none resulting in with water now visibly running away through clear gutters and downpipes. Following an extensive CCTV drain and sewer inspection survey a clear structured plan of action to alleviate the pooling surface water is now in place. We have entered into a long term service level agreement with Metro Rod (Isle of Wight) and we would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and Metro Rod (Isle of Wight) for their efficient, cost-effective tackling of a wide variety of drainage issues.

Having initially had a most unpleasant experience with a local company trying to add on costs and also over-charging, John has restored my faith.
