I had to call you guys out on 23rd December to help with a drain issue here.
We knew from the get go, that the issue wasn’t caused by us but was caused by people further down and the way they use the drains.
This was thankfully proven when your guy opened all drains up and saw the state of the back. In the end, I was advised to call Local Authority out to fix the issue as you guys were unable to help any further than you had.
