We've recently carried out a CCTV Survey for Conisbee CSE in London, NW3, in order to ensure planned building works could commence without issue.
All drainage was found to be in good condition, with no remedial works required.
The site manager filled out a feedback form. "Pleased no defects were found, meaning we can begin our building work right away. Thank you Metro Rod for your assistance".
"Could you please pass on my thanks to Adam Durrant the guy that attended Head Office today?
He was excellent and really helpful.
Not only did he diagnose and rectify the problem efficiently, he also left the car park clean after he had finished.
Very impressed and the poor ladies on reception that sit in close proximity to the blockage are extremely grateful.
A nice reminder of why I now use Metro Rod across the Fat Face estate."
I rang on Friday and they carried out the CCTV survey first thing on Tuesday.
Very pleased.
A few words of praise & satisfaction following the visit of your team yesterday to sort out the 'failed' pitch fibre drain in Colchester. From the arrival of your team on site they showed a great deal of confidence, as well as being very friendly & helpful.
At all times they displayed a very professional & workmanlike approach to the work & demonstrated a thorough & practical knowledge of the remedial works process; they were also happy to discuss the stages of the works with me for my information & understanding.
They left the site in a clean & safe condition - as if they had not been there at all. It is a great source of comfort for me to know that the drain is now fully functional & will, (I feel sure), continue to perform perfectly well for years to come. I now can have complete peace of mind knowing that I shall no longer have to undertake the arduous & unpleasant task of un-blocking that...... drain!
We were called out to a job at a house a few weeks ago. There was a toilet in the house that was not flushing water away, so we sent Curtis to investigate. Curtis found a blocked manhole which was the cause of the problem with the toilet. He used his mechanical cleaner to clear the blockage and then used drain dye from the toilet to ensure that it was now running freely, which it was. During his investigation he also spotted a damaged manhole which was not blocked, but he spoke to the customer about the issues that broken manholes can cause.
The customer had this to say:
“Great job by Curtis. Will use again.”
"The girls at the office were very helpful when booking the job in, and the engineer was very good and explained everything to me, he was very good."
"Very quick response time also very helpful over the phone. And pleased with my Easter mug filled with treats. That was a lovely touch. I will certainly use again."
