The school was introduced to Adam and Metro Rod (Isle of Wight) following years of ongoing drainage issues, from leaves blocking gutters, impossible to access downpipes through to constantly pooling surface water across a large area of the playground. The professionalism demonstrated has been second to none resulting in with water now visibly running away through clear gutters and downpipes. Following an extensive CCTV drain and sewer inspection survey a clear structured plan of action to alleviate the pooling surface water is now in place. We have entered into a long term service level agreement with Metro Rod (Isle of Wight) and we would have no hesitation in recommending Adam and Metro Rod (Isle of Wight) for their efficient, cost-effective tackling of a wide variety of drainage issues.

Was very pleased with John Young. He arrived soon after my booking a call. He very quickly put me at ease and and talked me calmly through the stages of the job. Having initially had a most unpleasant experience with a local company trying to add on costs and also over-charging, John has restored my faith. I used Metro Rod North London because my insurance company uses them and they are really good. Known for solving problems other plumbing companies struggle to handle.

John was brilliant yesterday, my tap handle had broken mid use, couldn’t turn off the water and didn’t want to try the mains. John arrived within 5 minutes of my call and solved the problem efficiently, went and bought a new tap (only one left) and fitted it for me. I was really pleased with the fast, friendly and professional service. Will definitely use Metro Rod again. Thanks so much John and team.

Really impressed with Metro Rod, they were available to come out quickly, listened to my issue, listed a variety of potential solutions (of varying costs from reasonable to more substantial) and also gave advice on what steps I should take first before I spend lots of money on a solution that could be dealt with in other ways. There was no pressure to sell me the most expensive solution, where a cheaper solution might do the same task. With expert experience from the water industry, you can trust they know what they are talking about. If I need to go ahead with substantial works, I would definitely feel comfortable to go with Metrorod.
