Our engineers were recently called to a property in Gloucester to rectify a blocked sink.
"An engineer attended my property yesterday to unblock my bath and sink, he was very clean during his work, ensuring that mess was kept to a minimum, he explained everything he did to do the job and was polite throughout. Some feedback received via our Facebook page from a client that had reported a blockage in her external drain, our jetting unit made light work of the problem and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

One of your service providers attended our house today to fix an issue with an outside drain. His name was Daniel. We found him to be professional, helpful, polite and very friendly. He rectified the problem promptly and was kind enough to clean up any mess. We were very impressed by his workmanship.
We just wanted to thank Daniel. It's not every day you come across an engineer so helpful and polite.
We received a positive email from a client today. We were asked to attend a job where we were called out to job in Exeter to carry out a removal of an aco drain and to then install a new aco drain.

Our engineer Marc Oliver was called out to a reported blockage and flooding in the Garden.
Marc attended site last Monday and cleared the blockage and carried out a clean-up.

No claim to make on this occasion as your lovely young man unblocked the drain (sewer) which had been overflowing down the garden path. He washed it down for us ‘old dears’ and left us smelling a lot sweeter. Bless him.
