Just had Alex out to help with a blockage. He kept us updated with when he was arriving, clearly explained the issue and even helped clean some of the overflow in the cloakroom.
Amazing service from Mark, came out to do an emergency repair in the early hours and was really helpful.

Had a difficult drainage problem which the Metro Rod engineers dealt with in a skilled manner. No fuss, just sorted out the drains, leaving everything clear and working properly. Would highly recommend.
What a brilliant service! Kept up to date as to when the engineer would be arriving and the engineer was so polite and efficient. He even took off his boots so as to not dirty or mark the carpet. Would highly recommend and I would use company again. Five star service!
Just a quick note to say that Jordan was really great today. His attitude and technical ability were really exemplary. It was really nice that his emphasis wasn’t just on surveying drainage pipework and that he made an effort to find the leak for the client.
