I just wanted to write a quick email to thank these two operatives for their service today. They worked really hard and cleared a tricky blockage for me. Also thanks to the man who came out to me an hour or so before. Think he was called Rich. He also worked hard and helped me organise Mikey and Craig. Engineer josh came to William Hill today to sort a blocked toilet which he sorted with ease. He then offered to clear the water up which was flooded on the shop floor and behind the counter. Which he also completed brilliantly. Superb job.

Mikey attended today to remove a blockage in the pipework from the kitchen sink drain. Very impressed with the technique used, the time taken and his polite approach to the customer. Paperwork seemed to take longer than the work.
We called our insurance company yesterday as we had a bad leak from a radiator pipe. We were so impressed with your service. Your engineer, Mikey Ward came out to us and isolated the leak. He was so nice, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable and we were so grateful for his help. He is a credit to your company and we were grateful for your help in sending an engineer to us so quickly. Unfortunately we had a blocked drain on New Year's day! We called Metro Rod Coventry and Leicester, who sent out Mr Neal Barford. Working hard on New Year's day, this amazing engineer solved our problem, quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much Neal! GREAT WORK!
Amazing service from Mick and Neal who came and fixed the collapsed drain in my house. Top job and very friendly. If it wasn’t for these guys I’d have to re house just before Christmas!
