Nathan was called to fix a broken cistern, this was fixed within the hour by fitting a new filler value.
I was very impressed by his excellent plumbing knowledge & very polite well mannered attitude, I would recommend Metro Plumb in the future & definitely use again.

Harry & Nathan visited us today due to us having intermittent sewer smells coming from underneath our floor boards. Very friendly and helpful chaps who did everything possible to find our problem. Today, Michael came out to fix the drains in my back garden (it wasn't a pretty job), but he did it with a smile. He cleared the drains and disinfected the garden. He was lovely, chatty and very polite, and went out of his way to fix my bathroom drains too. Also, Michael informed me about a smell of gas coming from my garden so I have had the gas company out and they've found a major leak in the pipes that could have been very serious if left unnoticed.

"Following a major drainage incident, Metro Rod identified a critical need at the Co-operative Bank HQ in Manchester to divert waste water from the staff restaurant kitchens via a grease trap before entering the building sewage system. After dealing with the initial incident and assessing the waste volumes and limitations of the kitchen layout, their proposed solution was the GreaseShield® system.
Their estimating team advised on the power requirements and their lead engineer, Nick Broadbent carried out several pre-work surveys to ensure downstream pipework was flushed, plumbing connections matched the unit and advised on modifications required to the pot wash station to receive the new unit.
