"Last night we had an emergency with a very badly blocked drain at our family home. We called out your engineer, Lee, who arrived promptly.
We're looking after our terminally ill wife and mother in the house at the moment so this was a particularly stressful situation for us. Lee worked incredibly hard late into the night diagnosing a complex blockage affecting the toilets. He came back early in the morning with colleagues and after hours of work, managed to unblock the system and even added a rodding point.
We are so grateful for the remarkable compassion, generosity and professionalism of Lee and the Metro Rod team."

A huge thank you to the Metrorod team. A bad smell was putting off customers in our farm cafe but Chris Fairman managed to identify the issue and solve our problem that very afternoon.
