Can I please email my appreciation and thanks to Alex who came to see what caused a massive leak in my bathroom. He was polite and friendly, fixed the leak and put my heating back on in good time. He was an all round a credit to Metro Rod Coventry and Leicester. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
Just had Alex out to help with a blockage. He kept us updated with when he was arriving, clearly explained the issue and even helped clean some of the overflow in the cloakroom.
Amazing service from Mark, came out to do an emergency repair in the early hours and was really helpful.
Your engineers Neal and Jack came out today to remove a root and do some repairs. Both guys were lovely, friendly, informative, chatty and professional. Thanks to both for hopefully solving the drainage issues here, much appreciated.

Neal Barford from Metro Rod cameand sorted our blocked kitchen sink recently and we found him very knowledgeable and friendly with lots of interesting stories! He finished the job really quickly, tidied up after himself and did a great job. Highly recommended.
Josh Brown was an absolute star. Called us to confirm appointment before arriving, sorted out problem and gave us some great practical advice on stuff we needed to fix in the future. We have an old property which I suspect many less experienced people would have struggled with... not Josh, he was superb!
