Metro Rod Liverpool’s Nigel & Chris – The Drainage Professionals

Metro Rod's Nigel and Chris were recently called to an emergency job in Liverpool City Centre for a local building contractor.  The project that they were working on was encountering drainage problems and they wanted to ensure that the problems were not linked to the scope of works that they were carrying out.  Nigel and Chris quickly attended, investigated and solved the issue.  We were delighted to receive the following feedback on our Google page;

 

"We are building contractors and we have a large commercial job on in Liverpool city centre, we had an emergency on an adjacent property that seemed to be linked to our project. Metro Rod were onsite within a few hours and managed to determine that the issue was nothing to do with our works, they then helped us to resolve the issue for the landlord and help get the property back open for business on a busy Friday afternoon. Metro Rod Liverpool’s Super Steve Saves the Day!

METRO ROD LIVERPOOL'S SUPER STEVE SAVES THE DAY!
 

 

 

We here at Metro Rod in Liverpool are always proud when we receive great feedback about our engineers - let's face it, unblocking drains is really a thankless (and horrible!) job, so when our customers choose to get in touch and commend our engineers about the great work they have done we want to shout it from the rooftops!

 

Steve attended a job in Liverpool recently to unblock a drain, the customer had been having problems for a little while, as had their neighbour, the problem was affecting the both of them.  Imagine our delight when not one but two customers got in touch to tell us about the service that Steve had provided!  Firstly we were told;

"Brilliant service, fixed the problem (the only one who has), excellent service, 10/10 for Stephen Callaghan, thank you!"

Later the neighbour got in touch to tell us that

"10/10 satisfaction for your guy, Steve.  He came in, he pulled some lovely shorts out of the drain and the problem was done.  He was lovely to speak to and explained everything to us perfectly, thanks!"

 

Great work, well done Steve!

Happy Metro Rod Customers at The Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine!

Metro Rod recently took a call from the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine asking if we could please attend site to deal with some on-going drainage problems that they have had.  We quickly attended, dealt with the problem and have now received the following feedback from site:

 

"Can you please thank Mark, Mick and Andy for doing a great job, they worked really well helping us get over our problem and we will certainly be dealing with you guys in the future!"

 

Excellent news!  We are proud that we provide a quick, professional service to our customers and will be happy to help if the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine require our services again!

Metro Rod Liverpool’s Eddie is a Lovely Man!

Here at Metro Rod in Liverpool we work for many of the local Social Housing Associations, providing 24 hour a day cover for any drain problems, including clearing blocked toilets, blocked sinks and showers and any other drainage requirements that they may have.  We recently received a phone call from a happy tenant who told us that;
"Eddie came to my home and sorted my drainage issue really quickly and efficiently, he really is a lovely man with a horrible job - please pass on my thanks to him!"

Barry & Mike carry out a drain repair & CCTV survey in Lymm

Earlier this week we sent Barry and Mike from Metro Rod Warrington to a domestic customer's home in Lymm to carry out drain repairs and a CCTV survey.  The customer was (of course!) happy with the works that we carried out and emailed the following in to us today:

 

Hello,

Yesterday, two of your staff (Mike & Barry) came to sort out a blockage in my drains and took a CCTV recording in the process. They said they would ask for it to be sent to me by email, so please could you pass a copy on at your earliest convenience?

I have already given some feedback via your website, but I just wanted to say again that they were both very efficient and thorough, and I appreciated the help they gave in resolving the issue.

Metro Rod’s Eddie & Mike Provide Superb Service in Liverpool

Recently Mike and Eddie from Metro Rod Liverpool attended a care home site where site were complaining of blocked and smelly drains, this is a problem that they had been having for a number of years and site staff had been attempting to deal with the problem themselves.  They eventually called Metro Rod on recommendation from a resident's son and we went out to deal with the problem for them and unblock the drains in question.

 

Our expertise ensured that the problem was dealt with quickly and efficiently and after we left the house manager got in touch with us and said

"Please pass on my compliments to Mike and Eddie who attended our home today, their attitudes, care and service was superb - I don't know why we didn't call Metro Rod years ago!"

Metro Rod Liverpool’s Mark and Paul Provide Excellent Service

Recently Mark and Paul from Metro Rod Liverpool attended a site and carried out some drain unblocking for the customer.  The customer was absolutely thrilled and emailed us the next day, the email read as follows:

"Good afternoon,
I had two of your engineers attend my branch today, I would just like to say that they are a credit to your company..
The guys kept me updated through the whole of the time that they were on site.
Please say thank you to them."
