We have bee out a few times to a customer in Peterborough who required return visits to fix some major drainage issues she was having with her drains.
She was extremely satisfied with the speed and professionalism with with all our staff both in office and out.

We have had some incredible feedback this morning! Last night we went to a job where a client was in a vulnerable situation with children and had no facilities. The insurance policy taken out, on this occasion, was insufficient to cover such works however as we were not prepared to leave our customer in such a predicament. This morning, completely free of charge, we returned with parts and fixed the problem.
In our office the customer is always at the centre of everything we do. A bit of compassion goes a long way.

The care he had to ensure I was not without any services within my home, due to my health problems, I was overwhelmed. The fact the he had sensed the stress I was started to fee yesterday when things were not working out and he ensured he did everything he could to help me, has one me over.

I had reported a drainage problem to Anglian Water which you followed up on. Your engineer Thinus arrived late afternoon the following day after contacting me as requested.
I would like you to pass on my thanks to Thinus for his professional approach to the problem.
He was very polite, positive and efficient, but didn't rush the job due to the late hour of the day. He was able to clear the problem, after a number of attempts, but it was obvious that he wouldn't leave prior to the problem being completely clear. I am grateful for his efforts.
