"Metro Rod were called out by my insurance company to sort my home emergency - a burst water supply pipe to a toilet. They arrived, but needed parts and could not finish the job on the day. A new plumber, Dave returned a couple of days later (at our convenience) and finished the job. He was professional, sorted things quickly and left everything tidy. Good job. Well pleased!"

This morning we have come in to a brilliant 5 star review. This time its one for the office staff. The office staff work hard behind the scenes trying to keep things ticking over. Along with keeping the engineers happy and in work. It is really nice to have a review they can be proud of. The customer basically says it all! We were asked to attend a Property in Ellesmere, Shropshire to carry out a pre purchase CCTV survey for the customer. The survey was completed it and sent the same day to the customers satisfaction.
