"Couldn't fault the service. Arrived when they said they would, did the job that was needed, cleared up after the work was completed, brilliant! Would definitely recommend, and Michael, the engineer who resolved the drainage problem for us, was absolutely fantastic. After the work was completed, we were given a complete breakdown of everything that had been done.

"Metro Rod were called out by my insurance company to sort my home emergency - a burst water supply pipe to a toilet. They arrived, but needed parts and could not finish the job on the day. A new plumber, Dave returned a couple of days later (at our convenience) and finished the job. He was professional, sorted things quickly and left everything tidy. Good job. Well pleased!"
