I found the man Jordan really polite & most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he sorted out my blocked toilet very very quickly & left me a very very happy bunny !! I think he is a great employee to have & a real credit to your company. Despite the circumstances of a blocked toilet which he sorted he was a pleasure to have in my home.

"Mainstay Residential recently engaged the services of Metro Rod Manchester and Macclesfield to assist with a major effluent leak that flooded the car park to residential building that serves 300 car bays In Altrincham. Metro Rod Manchester and Macclesfield, in particular, Paul, were extremely professional. This incident occurred Easter weekend. They tankered the pipework, jetted the pipework, undertook a CCTV survey and identified the issue as being an offsite problem. Metro Rod Manchester and Macclesfield engaged with United Utilities, had them attend site and negotiated on our behalf for a resolution. Excellent customer service delivered by Paul - an asset to Metro Rod."
