I have been using Metrorod for over 6 months now on a large commercial portfolio, consisting of over a hundred buildings and they have been first class throughout this time, the proffesionalisim and knowledge shown by there Engineer's and office staff is superb and reactive times when needed for an emergency has been brilliant, I would highly recommend them.

"Can't fault Metro Rod on this visit. Blocked toilet drain. Josh was polite and soon cleared the problem. This was covered by my Emergency Home Insurance cover. Reported it late afternoon, probably too late for a visit that day, but communication was good and they arrived as promised early the next morning. Now awaiting a quote for a CCTV survey. Josh gave me informative info regarding the survey."
