I just wanted to say a big thank you to Mark who came out today to our school to unblock our drains. It was a particularly unpleasant job.
We thank you as a company for sending an engineer out the day after our initial call, and to Mark for handling the situation so calmly, professionally, and courteously. He did an excellent job, and we are more than satisfied with his work.
