Just a quick note to say thank you for helping one of my customers out with a blocked toilet drain a few weeks back..! Mrs Steele, the dear old lady (89yrs) was most grateful.
I’m very impressed with your Engineers. Didn’t know there could be such enthusiasm for drains. Positive as well, unlike other companies, your guys actually explained to us what is going on.
The most two polite, and professional young men arrived within the hour, Jordan and Luke, well done to you both for unblocking my drain with the minimum of fuss, would recommend you both 100%.

I found the man Jordan really polite & most helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him, he sorted out my blocked toilet very very quickly & left me a very very happy bunny !! I think he is a great employee to have & a real credit to your company. Despite the circumstances of a blocked toilet which he sorted he was a pleasure to have in my home.

Please can you pass my thanks onto Metro Rod as they were absolutely amazing yesterday. They called regarding access to the property & conveniently came out allowing me time to ensure the gate was open. They then called to explain the situation & were kind enough to contact the Water Board. Upon returning home they had cleared all the sewage even though they hadn't been able to sort the problem.
