Polite and friendly. Worked quickly and efficiently
On 7th March 2019 Metro Rod installed a new toilet at our home. The 2 engineers John Young and Nathan Cullingford - carried out work with the utmost expertise, speed and courtesy.
We also want to thank Stacy Andrews for all the help. Especially with regards to her liaising with our insurer, Age UK.
We are thrilled with our new toilet which works beautifully. We will not hesitate to recommend Metro Rod to our friends.
The poor lad came in the dark on a cold and windy evening and fixed my drain problem, thank you so much.
Super fast response! They quickly found and cleared the blockage.
