“PJ” visited my property in Middlesbrough tonight at short notice.
He spotted the problem quickly, explained all the issues and solutions to me and in 10mins cleared the blockage. I’ve had nothing but trouble with the drains for months and he sorted it in no time at all; where 3 other engineers had failed before! He does a really difficult job which at some times must be unpleasant yet his customer service was first class.
