I would like to thank MetroRod for their recent service. Shannon in the office went the extra mile to help me as much as possible. I have impaired sight and was frustrated about the situation. Shannon really helped and kept me updated of the progress, the engineer carried out the work and the team managed to turn a distressing situation into a well managed outcome with no further upset for me.
