Recently Liam attended a property for a local council tenant.  The tenant was delighted with the service that Liam provided and contacted us to say

"Liam was brilliant, he really did go beyond the call of duty.  I am recently disabled and don't always find things easy but Liam promptly fixed the problem that I had had with my toilet and also left the area clean for me.  Really brilliant service, please thank him on my behalf".

Great Service from all involved

We recently carried out our first job for a new client.  After Nigel had been out and cleared the blockage the customer got in touch with us to state the following

"Nigel has been and sorted this, excellent service and a lovely gent.  Can't get better than that!"

From the customer calling up and making the initial enquiry we had Nigel out to her site and the job completed within just two hours, we're proud to provide such service to all customers, new and old, well done Nigel!

Super Eddie to the rescue

We recently had a call out to a customer who had been having problems with her drains for some time.  We sent one of our engineers, Eddie to help her and he worked and solved the problem.  The customer was obviously delighted and contacted us the next day to let us know exactly how much!

"I would like to thank Eddie for his professionalism, determination and tenacity in solving my blocked toilet on 20th January 2018.
We had been having problems for 2 years now and have had numerous call outs, always stating the blockage was caused by wipes. Eddie did not find any wipes and was determined to find the source of the blockage.  He eventually discovered that the problem lay 27 meters away from my house. I was so relieved and couldn't thank him enough. Top bloke on top of his game!
