Simple – Metro Rod Provide Great Drainage Service!

Sometimes keeping things simple is the best approach - no point in over complicating things!  After Metro Rod carried out some works on a secure site in Liverpool last week the site facilities manager got in touch and offered a straight to the point review;

"I just wanted to let you know about the service that I have had from Andy and Josh today - dead simple, they are cracking lads who just get on with it"

That's what we like and what we pride ourselves on, no messing about just get on with the job leaving the customer happy!

Metro Rod Liverpool are Prompt & Efficient at Unblocking Drains

Here at Metro Rod in Liverpool we often get phone calls from homeowners, panicking that they have blocked drains and they don't know what to do.  Understandably the home owner usually wants us to attend to the site as quick as possible as blocked drains can be quite distressing, especially if they are extensively blocked or affecting neighbouring properties also.

When Mr Dawson from Crosby called us recently he was in this situation.  He needed our attendance quickly and luckily for him our engineers were just finishing a job locally so we could send them around to Mr Dawson's house immediately.  Barry and Chris, the engineers in question, arrived quickly, immediately identified the cause of the blocked drain (wipes!) and set about unblocking the toilet.  The next day we received an email from The Dawsons, stating

 
"Just a note to say thank you for such prompt and efficient service from two of your employees, Barry and Chris.  We were delighted with both their attitude and work"
 

Thanks to Mr and Mrs Dawson for letting us know, we are always pleased when our customers are pleased!  Barry and Chris said thanks to you also for the tea and biscuits!
