Metro Rod Norwich recently attended and assisted me with a drainage issue (blocked drain). They were very helpful, kind and have excellent staff. Metro Rod Norwich were very quick to respond and extremely efficient.

He was courteous, and quickly found an issue with my drains, discovering a buried manhole I never knew existed in my garden. He cleared a big blockage and referred work required to investigate an issue with the mains drainage to Anglian Water Company, who have also responded quickly to his request for further investigation to the mains'.

After a busy Christmas period we also encountered a busy New Years period on this occasion we were called to a property in Broseley, Telford. This was to a first floor Blocked Toilet. The engineer found a bit of a weird one where he was unable to plunge the Blockage and he eventually had to remove the Toilet and hoover/suck the Blockage from the pipework. The main cause of the Blockage was sanitary items. He Reinstated everything ensured the area was clear and ensure the flow was fully restored. the customer left this brilliant review:
