Christmas Eve call out receives 5 star review in Shrewsbury

We had a busy period over the Christmas Holidays with engineers busy all over Mid Wales and Shropshire. This Call came in on Christmas Eve to a Property in Shrewsbury to a Blocked Toilet, Our engineer swiftly attended and cleared the Blockage and the customer left this great review.

" Christmas Eve about eight at night our Toilet managed to get Blocked. Within two hours Tom Emberton from Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire turned up and thirty minutes later our Toilet was working again. It was dark and cold but Tom cleared up, even some of the mess that I had made. Ten out of Ten for service and also his cheery attitude to what was a cold and wet job."
