As usual a very prompt response by Metrorod here. Aaron today and also Matt, are always most helpful and approachable. Keeping me up to speed with actions taken. An excellent response and polite refreshing service which we and our client appreciate. The problem today to clear a blockage and prevent drains backing up in our Renal Dialysis Unit dealt with promptly and professionally. Many thanks.

I wish to thank you for your extremely prompt and efficient service.

We all have experienced from time to time the vagaries of plumbers and drainage companies who fail to deliver. You, however certainly stepped promptly up to the plate and dug me and my family out of a significant problem - a broken drain under my brick weave driveway. Your colleague in particular Jean was extremely helpful and soon sorted out the Insurance company who at first did not want to play ball.

 

I therefore have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who has a drainage requirement. Metro Rod is the GO TO Company.

First Time In Years That We Have Free Flowing Drains And Happy Tenants

Back in October a team started on the refurbishment of the toilets at the office where I work and am a Trustee. It soon came to light that there had been some real difficulties over the years with the drains in the building and particularly the flow under one of the offices within the building. The building itself dates back to Victorian times, as do the drains!

We called the team at MetroRod and they sorted the problem and worked within the tight budgetary confinements of a charity. As a tenant within the building I had on occasion noticed a certain aroma and spoke with the member of staff liaising with MetroRod, they were able to get to the bottom of the situation straight away.

Jean called and an engineer attended immediately and rectified the entire situation and for the first time in probably decades we have free flowing drains and happy tenants.

Thank you so much for the "cuddle" that the office team gave our staff and the speedy work of the team out in the field, they really are stars.

We recently teamed up with Diss based NS Hughes Builders who posted that they were wanting to help someone in their community this Christmas by giving their services free for a day, we sent Gary along to clear their gutters for them. Here's what the customer had to say:-

Many thanks for sending your man to help us out. Gary did a sterling job as our guttering was full up from leaves and debris. It was very much appreciated as my husband is unable to get up a ladder and I myself have been very unwell. So it was a very pleasant surprise when your man turned up. That was a big help to us.
