Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Richard and his team to help my mum out in Southampton as I am in South Wales my mum had some issues with the drains from outside garden for a blockage.
I Knew Andrew from MetroRod in Reading and asked from his help and advice, as he said leave with him and he will get this sorted out.
I must say the rapid support I have Richard call me up and the issue was sorted out straight away. my mother was happy and over the moon with the great customer service and support also most of all the aftercare was go good and will use them again and happy to speak to family and friends if they have any issues call Metro Rod for any problems for any jobs need to sorted out. thanks top marks for this company.
