We were asked to carry out some works on a site in Fazakerley recently and after the visit we were contacted by the company who had the following to say,

"Your company recently undertook some works at our development in Fazakerley, Liverpool. During the course of the works one of your employees attended. "I've just had a drainage problem inspected and corrected by your company with EDDIE as the main guy. I have to say how pleased I am with his work. He was extremely polite and professional, explaining what he was doing and why. He worked diligently and on departure left everywhere clean and tidy. He's a credit to your company."

Drain problems? No Problem!

"A couple of your engineers visited our premises today to conduct a thorough cleaning of a blocked rainwater pipe. The works were not as disruptive as we were initially lead to believe, and the engineer who carried them out, Eddie, was absolutely fantastic.

He was on and off site within 4 hours, with minimal disruption or fuss, despite the lack of parking facilities in the area. The drains are now clear and flowing freely and we are extremely happy with both the professionalism and efficiency of the works."

EXCELLENT EDDIE SAVES THE DAY!

We were recently called to Southport train station, where there was a blocked external drain, it was full and the smell was dreadful. We sent Eddie over to have a look to see what he could do and this is what we received back …..

"My name is Ryan, I’m an assistant manager at Southport station and I would just like to give some praise for Eddie who carried out some work at the station today.

First of all he managed to unblock the drain that other companies have tried a couple of times to unblock. Judging by the sludge he removed he clearly put the effort in. The area where he was working was left cleaner than when he started so he clearly takes pride in his work.

Secondly his attitude towards us the customer and our customers, was without doubt the best I’ve seen from any contractor in the time I’ve worked here. Please thank Eddie again from us at Southport."
