On 06/08/18 we completed works for one our clients. Our engineer responded to the emergency, and on arrival on site discovered a manhole blocked with wipes. The blockage was cleared by means of high pressure water jetting.
Following the call out we received some lovely feedback via the insurance company, from the owner of the property
“We have just spoke to the policyholder and she's asked me to mention to you she's extremely happy with your work and said the contractor that went out to her was a credit to the company”
We are glad that we receive such lovely feedback from our customers about the service we provide.

I Cannot Rate Metro Rod Enough

Really helpful on the phone, arrival within the said time and day didn’t disappoint. A stressful blocked waste drain situation promptly unblocked by cutting away the roots which caused the blockage. I would not hesitate to use again.

Anyone who has worked on a Sewage or Drainage tanker will know its not a glamourous job, but it is somewhat fulfilling especially with some of the customers we have here at Metro Rod Mid Wales and Shropshire. we received a lovely letter from a happy customer which read as follows.
