I just had a visit from Andy and Josh who repaired my toilet and I received top class service! Both were very pleasant and very good at their jobs, they did a first class job and removed all rubbish. Drainage jobs are rarely pleasant but our engineers provide a great service when carrying out an unpleasant job! This householder got in touch to tell us about the experience she had had with some of our engineers...

"Can you please pass on a HUGE ‘Thank you’ to Barry and Chris for the help today. Polite and pleasant when doing such a ‘dirty job’ is a great gift to a (embarrassed) householder.... And they cleaned and disinfected the path afterwards! Highly recommended."
