The Metrorod Engineers have been out a couple of times to various issues, they are always a really nice bunch of guys, friendly and keep us informed of what they are doing. Including pre-warning us when there would be noise. Very good service with minimum disruption.
Our engineer Dale got some fantastic comments form a customer who was suffering with blocked drains and no toilet facilities.

Metro Rod North Midlands & Worcester engineer attended property on reports of a leak in the bathroom.
Attended within 1 hour of the job being raised by Macclesfield support centre.
He found leak to be coming through ceiling in numerous places, policyholder signed disclaimer so engineer was able to make access to ceiling, once access was made engineer exposed 15mm copper pipework which had been pierced with a nail, then removed and replaced with 5mm plastic, once all connected up. The policyholder tested flow, leak was repaired, and water restored throughout household.

Called them as my kitchen sink was blocked (first floor flat). The person attending was polite and friendly and resolved the problem quickly. Cleaned up the work area after finishing the job. Very pleased and an all round good experience. 10/10.
