Had an outside tap fitted today from metro rod.... and I have to say the plumber was very pleasant and very professional ringing me to see when would be best to come and fit it and even rang me to say he was on route to my house....Really happy with my outside tap and the service metro rod provided and would definitely recommended them to anyone with any plumbing issues . Rang Metro Rod as the boiler was not working. Metro Rod came out that evening within a couple of hours. Unfortunately they could not fix the boiler that evening and returned the following morning and ...fixed the problem. Very professional service, would definitely recommend and considering booking again to service the boiler.
