"I would like to pass on my gratitude to the engineer - we called a plumber out prior to calling yourselves and were told this was going to be an expensive job and it all needed taking out. Upon calling your company, from the engineer arriving on site, I was unable to get to him to advise him of this before he had cleared it! Very fast, excellent service."

"I recently had a problem with my drains being blocked & backed up, so I called Metro Rod (Norwich) & left a message explaining the problem. I was called back very quickly & was offered to have an engineer come to my property almost immediately. When the engineer did arrive, nobody was at home, but the engineer found the problem & sorted it immediately. I arrived home just before the engineer left & he told me what the problem was caused by & left, leaving no mess what so ever. I would absolutely have no hesitation in recommending Shaun & Metro Rod for any drain or gutter related problems. Thank you guys."

NICE GUYS!

Shaun provided an excellent service for me. Our drains were completely blocked and backfilling throughout our toilets which was not great! I made one call to Shaun and within an hour they were there clearing the drains and making sure all was flowing nicely. Highly recommended company and NICE GUYS!
