The cold weather at the end of February 2018 saw many homes and businesses affected by drainage problems both during the cpld spell and in the thaw period immediately afterwards.

Metro Rod North West London co-franchisee Martin O'Connor won great praise from one householder in Hayes when resolving a blocked drain issue, working hard to restore flow in very cold conditions at night.

Just a quick message to say a big thank you to Richard and his team to help my mum out in Southampton as I am in South Wales my mum had some issues with the drains from outside garden for a blockage.
I Knew Andrew from MetroRod in Reading and asked from his help and advice, as he said leave with him and he will get this sorted out.
I must say the rapid support I have Richard call me up and the issue was sorted out straight away. my mother was happy and over the moon with the great customer service and support also most of all the aftercare was go good and will use them again and happy to speak to family and friends if they have any issues call Metro Rod for any problems for any jobs need to sorted out. thanks top marks for this company. Food Manufacturing plant praise “Professional approach and expertise”

Our site had been experiencing numerous drainage issues including partially collapsed sewers and vermin, we called Metro Rod Bristol in to investigate. Prior to any works Metro Rod undertook a camera survey to our site which flagged up the areas needing attention.

The works had to be scheduled in when our production line was not working and so Metro Rod Bristol organised the works over the course of the Christmas holidays and 4 weekends in January. The team led by Darren Newport came in to HPWJ to remove all debris from underground pipework some of which was structurally damaged and then repaired the drains using the No Dig option of lining and localised structural repairs. Confined space entry was also used to enter tanks prior to lining. Maximiller cutting equipment was used to eliminate deformaties in the pipework and to cut in lateral branches. Rat blockers were fitted to prevent any vermin entering the drains on site.

The works were carried out very efficiently and with regard to our high demand for hygiene and cleanliness.   Metro Rod were thoughtful in using non Styrene resin so that there was no smell from the repair works.

We have been delighted in the professional approach and the expertise with which the work was carried out and the efficiency of the team and would highly recommend Metro Rod to any business experiencing drain issues.

I’m so grateful to your engineers

Just wanted to thanks to the two engineers Josh and Nicky from Metro Rod Swansea who have been so helpful and battled the extreme cold today at my house in llanfynydd

They helped fix my pipe collapse which is deep under the garden, they have done a temporary fix so we can at least use the water again and will be back to finish the job - I'm so grateful!
