Dorset is bracing itself for wet and wild weather this weekend as Storm Hannah hits the county. The Met Office has advised people to take great caution, tie down lose items and stay indoors while the storm hits, stay away from trees and not to drive unless absolutely essential.
The storm is likely to cause flooding in some areas and we have been busy clearing drains of debris and vegetation that has built up during the recent dry weather which could cause blockages for many of our customers. We’ve advised our customers and householders to take this precautionary measure to avoid the damage and associated costs with floods caused by blocked drainage.
Our engineers are on call 24hrs, 7 days a week, day or night if you do run in to difficulty across Bournemouth, Poole, Portsmouth and Dorset. Call 01258 863745
