Now that the whole country is in lockdown as a result of Coronavirus, here at Metro Rod North London, we wanted to address a few things regarding our business.
On the 23rd of March the government designated us as Key Workers, allowing us to remain open and fully operational. As of now there are no disruptions to our normal service and we remain committed to providing the best customer satisfaction we can.
Now that you are having to stay at home we wanted to give some of our top tips for making sure your drains are running smoothly:
-
-
- Remember to only flush the 3 Ps (poo, pee and paper)
- Never flush wet wipes, kitchen roll
- Never flush sanitary products, cotton wool or other insoluble toiletries
- Try to avoid pouring fat and grease down the sink
-
However if you find you do need some drainage assistance, then please contact us using the information below and we will be happy to help.
Our top priority at the moment is health and safety, which we know will be your top priority as well, which is why we have been working closely with our health and safety team to ensure the government guidelines are followed and measures are in place to limit risk. All our engineers will be provided with the correct PPE, as well as having each job call screened so they know exactly what is waiting for them at each site. As part of our risk assessment we are asking if anyone at the site is in self-isolation or has contracted the virus so that our engineers can take the necessary steps while still completing the job.
We know how stressful these times can be and as a business we remain fully committed to supporting your household and/or business during and after this pandemic.
Metro Rod North London offer services across Tottenham, Highbury, Hamstead, Barnet, Enfield and surrounding areas. Dealing with blocked drains, drain repair, CCTV surveys and septic tank maintenance. We believe in simple things and make sure we follow them through; available 24/7, professional, value for money service during and after the job and peace of mind in the fact that all our engineers are highly trained, DBS checked and fully insured.
